What to compare before buying
1
Weather protection and deck circulation
Look beyond whether a boat has a cabin. Door placement, sightlines, side-deck width and cockpit protection all change real-world usability.
2
Propulsion and ownership model
Diesel inboards, outboards and twin-engine setups create different tradeoffs in range, speed, service access and purchase price.
3
U.S. dealer and service coverage
For imported European brands, support can be as important as the boat itself.
