Adventure Boat Price Guide

What premium adventure boats are actually being advertised for in the U.S. market. ABG separates public asking prices from factory MSRP, sail-away pricing and quote-only models.

Read this first: Asking price is not transaction price. Options, engines, freight, tariffs, taxes, commissioning and dealer preparation can move the final number materially. These are market observations, not appraisals or promises of availability.

What the current market says

The spread is enormous even within the same nominal size class. A 2026 Axopar 37 XC can be publicly listed from the mid-$400,000s into the low-$500,000s depending on engines and options, while a new U.S. Targa 37 listing is roughly $1.4 million. That is why comparing only LOA is misleading.

Quarken and Axopar sit closer together in the modern outboard-crossover market, while Saxdor 400 GTC pricing moves into a materially higher premium band once heavily equipped. Traditional diesel pilothouse boats can be quote-only, which makes final specification and dealer conversation more important.

How ABG uses price data

We treat price as one input to relative value, not as a direct proxy for quality. A more expensive boat may include more systems, heavier construction, different propulsion, larger accommodations or simply a more premium market position. The ABG model pages therefore show value as one score among eight.

Why Nord Star is harder to benchmark in the U.S.

Current Nord Star boats are often sold on a build-to-order basis, and consistent U.S. public asking prices are limited. ABG therefore does not publish a made-up U.S. MSRP. Where an official factory price list exists for an earlier model/year, we treat it as historical factory context rather than a current U.S. delivered price.

For a real U.S. quote, use the Nord Star Build Planner to define the model and options first.
