The Navy–Marine Corps Memorial Stadium is a common boat-show satellite parking location, but the stadium is also hosting Navy vs Tulsa during the busiest show day. Do not assume the normal stadium parking/shuttle plan will apply on Saturday.

Why Saturday could tighten traffic beyond the show itself
Kickoff is 3:30 p.m. at Navy–Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. That means football traffic will overlap with the afternoon portion of the boat show, when downtown is already busy. Hotel demand, rideshare pricing and garage occupancy can all be affected.
